September 8, 2024What: 007 Elements Exhibition: A James Bond cinematic installation
Where: Dorfstrasse 115, (at the summit of the Gaislachkogel) Sölden, Austria
Visited by 007 Travelers: July 2024
007 Elements is a James Bond installation at the summit of the Gaislachkogel in Sölden, Austria. It “guides visitors on a journey through a series of high-tech, interactive galleries, each distilling the craft of the signature elements that define a James Bond film — the beautiful title sequences and dramatic scores; the jaw-dropping action sequences; the cars, gadgets and technology; the breath-taking locations and iconic studio sets and lastly, a host of compelling characters.“
Although the exhibition focuses on “SPECTRE” (2015), other Bond films are also well visible. Ice Q restaurant, which is located right next to 007 Elements is a filming location of “SPECTRE“. In the movie it is Hoffler Klinik, where Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux) works when Bond (Daniel Craig) comes to meet her.
007 Travelers visited this “Bond fan heaven” in summer 2024.
Some shots of opening titles can be seen from video screen when entering the exhibition.

It is flown by Bond while chasing after the kidnapped Madeleine Swann. Bond eventually crashes the airplane, smashing the landing gear on a car, ripping its wings off on trees, ripping the tail off bouncing off the snow, and smashing into a convoy of cars, wrecking the remainder of the plane.
