Sadanoyama, (real name Shinmatsu Ichikawa), died of pneumonia at a Tokyo hospital on 27th of April 2017, his family confirmed. He was 79. According to JSA officials, he had been in and out of hospital this year after suffering a heart stroke.
Sadanoyama was a real character in the movie “You Only Live Twice“ (1967) Upon his arrival in Japan, Bond (Sean Connery) meets with the sumo wrestler Sadoyanama who gives him tickets to the match. He was played by himself.

Jay Milligan, the driving stunt supervisor of “The Man With the Golden Gun“, died in March 2017.
Mulligan had helped to create a stunt where a car would do a full rotation between two ramps, landing right side up on the other side.

Who: Bond girl Mona Chong has passed away, she was one of Blofeld‘s Angels of Death, in “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” (1969), Mona Chong’s character name was Chinese Girl.

Sadanoyama died 27th of April 2017, Jay Milligan 20th of March 2017.
