Actor: Rami Malek
Lyutsifer Safin is a terrorist leader and scientist motivated to take down the criminal organisation SPECTRE for the deaths of his family at the hands of assassin Mr. White. Portrayed by American actor Rami Malek, he served as the main antagonist of the 2021 James Bond film No Time to Die. He was also mentioned briefly (Madeleine Swann mentions the man who came to kill his father, but he is not mentioned by name) in the previous installment, “SPECTRE” (2015).
Mission: To murder Mr. White and revenge the killing of Safin’s family, destroy SPECTRE organization, assassinate Ernst Stavro Blofeld, maintain control of the world through deciding who lives and who dies with Heracles DNA-targeting assassination nanotechnology.
Fate of the Bond villain: Shot dead by Bond in Safin’s island.
