Actual place and location: On board of HMS Tenby (Type 12 anti-submarine frigate), Off coast of Gibraltar, Gibraltar, British Overseas Territories
What happens here in the movie: Bond (Sean Connery) gets (fake) buried to the sea to disguise his opponents.

Even though most part of the scene was filmed at the port of Hong Kong, the actual burial sequence was filmed on board of HMS Tenby, off coast of Gibraltar.
