Vesper Lynd’s (1983-2006) gravestone
December 26, 2021Did you notice that in “No Time to Die” (2021), when Bond (Daniel Craig) visits Vesper Lynd‘s (Eva Green) grave, it is revealed that Vesper was born in 1983 and died in 2006. She is buried near Matera, Italy to the grave where Fulvio Saviani (1928-1982), Emilia Saviani (1930-1980) and Elena Saviani ved. Lynd (1958-1988) are also on the top of her gravestone. The following names are on the top of said gravestone as well: Antonio Saviani (1896-1946) and Carla Sefredo ved. Saviani (1902-1964).
Vesper Lynd died in Venice, Italy in the movie “Casino Royale” (2006).

The cemetery where Bond visits Vesper Lynd’s tomb is half located at the Archaeological Park of Botromagno in Gravina di Puglia, and the other half is in Matera, in an area across the Gravina River gorge called Murgia Timone.
These scenes contain a lot of CGI. Most of the cemetery’s mausoleums and tombs were digitally added to the landscape.
